Built of stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and legs, the Garland SUME-100 Summit electric convection oven endures daily, repeated use. Its doors are split, with a solid heat-retaining right side and a convenient product window on the left. Because they open with a single handle, users can open the oven with one hand while holding sheet pans in the other. Five chrome-plated, adjustable racks are included and, to accommodate extra-tall products, they are adjustable and removable.

The interior of this Garland SUME-100 full-size convection oven is covered in nonstick porcelain enamel. This finish, along with the interior rounded corners, ensures smooth oven cleaning. For even temperatures, a fan moves hot air through the oven at a high or low speed, depending on oven settings. Both the temperature and countdown timer are adjustable with dials on the front.
