Shipping Policy

Most purchases come with free shipping from the warehouse to you. We have warehouses around the country to ensure that your products get to you as quickly as possible. Orders processed by 3 PM EST typically ship the same day and orders received later ship within one (1) business day. Some items may take a little longer (approximately one to five business days). Your products will be shipped through a standard parcel company, such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. You should receive your order within one (1) to five (5) business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

COVID Shipping Note: Due to the current state of global and local shipping issues, some items in stock may ship within a 72-hour lead time or longer. Items on backorder have extended lead times prior to shipping but are available because they are already at the ports, we are just waiting for their release due to the port congestion being experienced at all US ports at the moment. For any questions or concerns with the lead time on an order or an item you are interested in ordering, feel free to send us an email or to call us so we can provide you with the ETA on them. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these trying times and we thank you for your business.

Return Policy

Our primary concern is to make you fully satisfied with every item purchased from www.restaurantandmore.com. If you are not happy with an item that you purchased then please Contact Us and provide details about the item you would like to return. We accept returns of most products, within thirty (30) days of receipt, for exchange or refund. Items must be in unopened and unused condition and returns are subject to the exceptions listed below. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and / or deduction of original shipping costs depending on the product. Products returned with damages due to improper packaging or use may be subject to an additional fee. Original shipping costs will be based on the actual cost to ship an item to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns may not be allowed for brewery or restaurant equipment, cookware / bakeware / knives, and for items sold with damaged packaging condition. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm return policy.

Return Shipping

We will pay the return shipping costs to process an exchange if you receive a defective item or the wrong item as a result of our error. If there is any other reason for an exchange, then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to the strict time-frame to file shipping claims, you must notify us of damages or defective items within 1 business day of receipt so we can find a solution for you.

Returns by Brand

These brands have exceptions to our return policy. Please note that this list of exceptions is subject to change.

  • Ampto: All returns need prior authorization and an RMA#. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. The item must be new (never used) and in its original sealed packaging to be approved for return, and is subjected to a 35% restocking fee, open package items are non-returnable. Pictures are required for the approval of the returned merchandise. Full freight/shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for the outbound shipment regardless of it having qualified for Free Freight. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns will only be allowed on items returned within 30 days. If approved, Restaurant and More reserves the right to reject any shipment, if it was not authorized with an RMA#, or if upon arrival at our warehouse, the packaging has any signs of damage. If the return is accepted, we will inspect it and deduct all the damage costs. All parts ordered are considered final sales and are NOT eligible for return.
  • Axis: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Baking Steel: There is a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Bison: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • BK Resources: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Blue Air: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Ceado: Used and unused products may be returned within 30 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted. If the unit has been damaged or used, there will be an additional charge upon receipt and inspection of the juicer.
  • Cecilware: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Coldline: All sales are final and there are no returns if the product has been used. The return must be made within 7 days after delivery and the item must be in its original packaging materials. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 35% restocking fee or more depending on the state the product is received after inspection. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • Country Living Grain Mill: Most products can be returned within 15 days for a refund with a 15% restocking fee, if in as-new condition. If in used or damaged condition, the amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The 15 day return policy applies to the Country Living Grain Mill, which is also covered by a lifetime warranty, with the exception of the grinding plates, which are a wear item. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Cookline: All sales are final and there are no returns if the product has been used. The return must be made within 7 days after delivery and the item must be in its original packaging materials. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 35% restocking fee or more depending on the state the product is received after inspection. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • Dukers: All sales are final and there are no returns if the product has been used. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • EasyGreen: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • FloJet: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • Focus: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • Frucosol: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Garland: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Green Power: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • Greenhouses: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Greenis: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee for unused items. There is a 20% restocking fee for used items. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Harvest Right: Unopened and opened products can be returned within 30 days of ship date, customers may return their freeze dryers or greenhouses for a refund less shipping costs and less a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Hydra-Kool: There is a 35% restocking fee.
  • Ikon: There is a 35% restocking fee.
  • Kitchenaid: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Kool-it: There is a 35% restocking fee.
  • Kuvings: Unused products may be returned within 15 days with a 10% restocking fee. Used products may be returned within 30 days with a 20%-30% restocking fee depending on the item’s return condition. Original shipping costs will be deducted. Commercial products will be subject to 25%-30% restocking fee depending on the item’s return condition.
  • Lee Household Grain Mill: Unused products may be returned within 15 days with a 5% restocking fee. Used products may be returned within 30 days with a 15%-20% restocking fee depending on the item’s return condition. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Manitowoc: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Maxx Cold: Returns must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, and within the 30-day return window. Shipping returns will be prepaid and will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee. The shipping cost of the item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Meadow Mills: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Migali: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Mini Classic: There is a 15% restocking fee for used or unused items. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Mockmill: Unused products may be returned within 14 days. Used products may be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Nemco: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Nutrifaster: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Prepline: All sales are final and there are no returns if the product has been used. The return must be made within 7 days after delivery and the item must be in its original packaging materials. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 35% restocking fee or more depending on the state the product is received after inspection. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Primo: There is a 35% restocking fee.
  • Propur: Unused products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • Robot Coupe: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Ruby: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Salvajor: Returns must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, and within the 30-day return window. Scratched or dented disposers will NOT be accepted back. Shipping returns will be prepaid and will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. The shipping cost of the item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Samson / Santos: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 40% restocking fee for used items. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Sasquatch: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • SC-3 & SC-B Sugarcane Juicers: We accept returns of products up to 30 days from the date the item is shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it and include all original materials. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item and is non-refundable. If item was received damaged or defective, we will waive the shipping charge and restocking fee and ship out a replacement or provide a refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Sierra: There is a 35% restocking fee.
  • Southbend: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Spartan: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Star Max: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Super Angel: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date subject to a 7% restocking fee. For used or opened products, returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date with a 15% restocking fee plus 5% cleaning fee. Original shipping fees will be deducted. All sales are final for Super Angel attachments. All sales are final for Super Angel commercial juicers.
  • Super Juicer: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • Tribest: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for used items.
  • Turbo Air: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Veetsan: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Vitalizer: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Wondermill: Unused products may be returned within 14 days. There may be a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Yanco: Returns must be in its original packaging, in unused condition, and within the 30-day window. Shipping return will be prepaid and will be subjected to 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Zumex: All parts and accessories sales are final and there are no returns. Machines may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for unused machines. The restocking fee for used machines depends on the condition upon inspection.
  • Zummo: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • Zwilling: Unused products may be returned within 14 days. There may be a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

You will receive an email once we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once your refund is processed then a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Damaged / Missing / Lost Items – Common Carrier

If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
Contact us within 1 business day
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

Though our warehouses give great attention to packaging every order for shipment, damage can occur in transit. In the case of damage we must go to the carrier company to receive reimbursement for these damages. By signing the delivery receipt you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage means that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

There are rare occasions where our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Dock checks with the carrier take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

We cannot guarantee action by the shipping company if we are not provided notification within 1 business day of receipt or provided proper documentation and images.

Damaged / Missing / Lost items – Ground

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 1 business day of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process.

There are rare occasions where our carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Traces with ground carriers take approximately 1-3 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

We cannot guarantee action by the shipping company if we are not provided notification within 1 business day of receipt or provided proper documentation and images.

Replacement Policy

Please Contact Us if you receive a defective item. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement to you free of charge.

Item Condition

All products sold on this website are brand new and in original factory packaging. We do not sell any products that are used or refurbished.

Authorized Retailer and Product Warranties

Restaurant and More is an authorized retailer of all products sold on this website. Whenever you purchase a product through our website, it is covered by the full manufacturers warranty.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, then please Contact Us immediately. Some cancellations may be subject to a 5% transaction fee. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm cancellation policy. Your payment will be refunded within 1 – 2 business days to the payment method used to purchase the item.

If your order has already shipped then please follow the return policy.

Cancellations by Brand

  • Imperial: Customers may cancel their orders, prior to shipment, for a refund less a 10% fee to cover the production costs for Imperial Products.
  • Turbo Air: Customers may cancel their orders, prior to shipment, for a refund less a 30% fee to cover the production costs for Turbo Air Products.

Item Availability

We typically have accurate inventory counts, but there are rare occasions when a product is on back-order. If this is the case, then we will email you with the updated delivery date. We will also give you the option to continue with the updated shipping date or cancel your order. Please Contact Us before ordering an item if you would like to confirm the availability.

Payment for items on backorder are for reservation of stocks/units. Advisories are normally stated on the website advising of lead times or to call for lead times on back ordered products. Feel free to contact us to have yourself waitlisted for no cost or place the order if you accept the terms and conditions on placing a backorder. Please note that there is a 5% cancellation fee on cancellations for commercial items on backorder and 3% cancellation fee on cancellations for non-commercial items.

Image Color Policy

Our Images Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our site. However, depending on your monitor settings, the color of an item may appear different than in person. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor.

Certain types of products, such as textiles and fabrics, are subject to dye lot variations inherent to their manufacturing process. If you are trying to match an existing product in your possession, please contact us and we will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Image Policy
