This mixer has two rotary knobs, one on each side of the machine, and its direct-drive, high-torque transmission efficiently mixes and whips foods. Lubricated, anti-friction ball bearings and a greased planetary head facilitate smooth movement for desired results. When its head is tilted, the interlock mechanism automatically turns off the machine; if a power outage occurs, its no-voltage-release technology won’t turn the unit back on when power is regained.

The Varimixer V5-W commercial mixer measures 9.5 inches wide by 21.66 inches deep by 15.75 inches high, and it includes the provisions to be mounted on a table or counter. To match common kitchen color schemes, it comes in white, and it has an aluminum frame to withstand common wear from high-volume use. Its bowl clamp holds the bowl in place during operation, and a stainless steel bowl guard enables users to add ingredients later on.
