When dough slices are ready for rounding, operators can set the unit’s timer, press the start button, and lower the dough tray with the lifting lever. The cup tray then shapes portioned dough into the desired size until the timer stops.

The Univex DR14 dough divider is a compact bench model measuring 26⁵/₈ inches wide by 29 inches deep by 41¹/₂ inches high. Users can quickly discern the power status with its power-indicator light, and when ordering this unit, operators can choose from one of five cup tray options to create dough balls between 3.9 and 10.6 ounces.
