Its 13-inch knife blade slices meats and cheeses effortlessly and adjusts in thickness from 0 to 0.875 inches. When the blade dulls, a built-in sharpener enables the user to quickly ready it for slicing through product again. An edge guard protects users from the blade. The Univex 1000M manual slicer starts with an on/off push button.
