For convenient storage, dishes can be displayed in the guest-facing compartment, while the three operator-facing compartments can accommodate equipment and supplies. The left and center compartments each include an adjustable laminate shelf.

Swing-out supports stabilize the leaves in place and add strength. To save space and ease transportation, the drop leaves can be folded down, and to preserve a clean, professional appearance, its top laminate resists water damage and stains. Stainless steel railing encases three sides of the top to keep contents in place as the cart is moved.
