The Garland SUME-200 Summit double convection oven has electromechanical temperature controls that are adjustable between 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit for ideal cooking. It has a total of 10 chrome-plated racks with five per deck, which can be adjusted to different positions for varying food heights and needs. To view product without opening the door, the dependently designed doors have thermal windows. Interior lights further aid visibility by illuminating food while it cooks.

The interior of the Garland SUME-200 full-size convection oven is porcelain enameled with coved corners to prevent food particles from collecting, ensuring it is convenient for users to wipe the oven out after each use. So they can also be wiped clean, the front, sides, and back of the unit are made of stainless steel, while the oven sits on 6-inch legs for a comfortable working height.
