The Equipex WD780SS-3 countertop warming display has a corrosion resistant stainless steel frame that is durable for commercial use. The rest of the unit is made of fixed glass, allowing customers to see product inside the cabinet. LED lights provide more visibility into the cabinet. There are two hinged glass doors on the rear that make serving easy for the operator since they open 180 degrees. The fire stone heating system keeps product at ideal serving temperatures ranging from 68 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit. A water container is included for the humidity control to ensure products stay moist. The Equipex WD780SS-3 countertop warming display has three wire shelves that hold product and can accommodate three full size pans or six half size pans.
