To keep grease from splashing onto nearby equipment, the Equipex PSE-600/1 electric griddle is designed with built-in back and side splashes. Grease is collected in a drawer that operators can remove and empty at the end of the day. Made of smooth cast iron, this griddle supports rigorous use and won’t harbor stuck-on residue.
