Description
Doyon JA12SL Description
The Doyon JA12SL electric double oven is made of stainless steel and can withstand high-volume use. Reflective windows in the doors keep heat inside to prevent injury, and because they are insulated and sealed, the cavities retain heat and steam. Short bursts of steam and continuous steam are both available through the shot and pulse injection system. A two-speed reversing fan evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet, ensuring uniform baking. This unit also has a digital control panel that includes temperature controls, a USB port, and a timer.
