Description

The Bakers Pride^® model P22-BL oven is a great choice for fresh-dough pizza, prebaked crust, pretzels, flatbreads, and other bakery products. Bake directly on the deck or on screens, pans, or baking sheets. This oven features one baking chamber with two brick-lined decks and a 2.75″ deck height. Brick-lined ovens have an additional Cordierite stone above the deck, which helps the oven retain heat longer and recover temperatures quickly. This oven comes standard with a stainless steel exterior, 4” adjustable legs, and a 15-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. International voltages are available.

It features a single baking chamber with two Cordierite ceramic hearth baking decks, ideal for baking pizza, pretzels, flat breads, and bakery products. Whether you want to bake directly on the hearth deck, bun pans, baking sheets, or screens, this electric countertop oven will do it all!

For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Top and bottom heat is provided by three Incoloy steel tubular elements for perfectly balanced baking results between 284 and 680 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Bakers Pride P-22S brick lined electric countertop pizza and pretzel oven comes complete with a continuous ring timer with manual shut-off. Includes 4″ adjustable legs.
