The Advance Tabco HF-2E-120-DR hot food table has two 12-inch by 20-inch wells, so it can accommodate two full-size, 6-inch-deep steam table pans. Designed to be used with a dry heating method, these wells eliminate the need for a water bath, which reduces maintenance needs and eases cleaning but also minimizes the uniformity of the heat pattern. Individual control knobs on the front enable the operator to adjust the heat level, and indicator lights shine to display the heating status. For convenient plating, a cutting board is integrated into the front, while the cabinet base has sliding doors for supply storage access.
