Measuring 153/4 inches in diameter by 6 inches tall, the Winco SSLB-15 braising pot has a 15-quart capacity and is made of 18/8 stainless steel-a warp-resistant material that won’t corrode over time. Although this material is durable, it doesn’t evenly transfer heat, so the bottom has an aluminum core that improves distribution. To hold heat around cooking food, a cover is included with this brazier.
