Easing cleaning, this unit comes with a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade.

With burners placed every 12 inches, this unit has six cooking zones and separate solid-state thermostats to control each of them. Providing uniform heat distribution, the chrome griddle plate is 1 inch thick to retain heat and recover lost temperatures quickly for constant use. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and corrosion resistant.
