The ³/₄-inch griddle plate uses Rapid Recovery technology to quickly recover lost temperatures. To cook a variety of foods, the temperature adjusts from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, while wire knob guards on the controls prevent accidental temperature changes when bumped by an employee.

For long-term use, the Vulcan VCCG60-IC countertop griddle is made of stainless steel. It’s positioned on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to stabilize it on uneven surfaces. To keep the wall and surrounding areas clean, the griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes, and to prevent messes from forming on the countertop, a grease trough guides oily runoff into two drawers under the unit.
