Great for cooking multiple foods at once, the Vulcan RRE36E RRE-E Series heavy-duty electric griddle has a snap-action thermostat that controls every 12-inch-wide section of the 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep griddle. Tubular incoloy heating elements heat the ³/₄-inch-thick Rapid Recovery composite griddle plate to the desired temperature. This griddle has a temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit so foods can be reheated and thoroughly cooked. Separate thermostat knob guards shield the controls to protect against accidental temperature adjustments, and a cycling light accompanies each thermostat to alert the operator when the griddle is hot. Because the griddle plate reheats quickly, it’s a good choice for sporadic use.

The Vulcan RRE36E electric griddle’s front, sides, backsplash, and tapered side splashes are made of stainless steel for maximum durability. This construction withstands dents, scratches, and scuffs for long-term use in the kitchen. Designed to sit on a countertop, its four legs adjust to meet various kitchen space needs. To protect hot grease from spilling over the sides, a 4-inch-high splash guard is built into the back, and two tapered splash guards line the griddle’s sides. Its 3.5-inch-wide front grease trough collects grease and empties it into a 1.5-gallon grease drawer for quick cleanup.
