To support different applications, the manual slice thickness knob adjusts the unit’s cuts from 0 to ⁷/₈ inch. Its sanitary polished aluminum construction and ergonomic design facilitates operation and cleanup. A drip tray fence redirects liquids away from the controls and the operator toward a concaved base, while 3-inch legs provide plenty of room under the slicer for a smooth surface that can be wiped clean.
