In the base, a total of 10 full-size food pans can be stored, with six stored in the left-side drawers and four stored in the right-side drawers, but these pans are sold separately. The drawers are refrigerated by a self-contained system that provides a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while forced-air refrigeration encourages uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet.
