Its 12-inch flush cast iron grates enable cookware to be slid from one burner to another and can be removed for thorough cleaning. This unit features manual hi/low temperature controls.

The Southbend HDO-36SU is designed with a full-width crumb tray under its burners that can be removed and emptied. Each of its six burners operates at 33,000 BTUs per hour, making this unit suitable for use in high-volume establishments. For independent heat control, each burner is adjusted by an individual gas valve.
