To achieve ideal results, it features high-velocity, precision-targeted airflow distribution and a cook time range of 1 to 20 minutes, depending on what’s being cooked. Ideal for compact kitchens with unchangeable layouts, this unit can be stacked with two additional ovens, and its conveyor direction can be reversed.

To resist rust and corrosion and streamline cleaning, the Sierra Range C1830G conveyor oven is made of durable stainless steel. Its front panel, crumb tray, and top and bottom airflow distribution panels are removable to further simplify cleaning and its 4-inch legs are adjustable accommodate a variety of surfaces. To optimize efficiency and preserve heat, this unit is thermally insulated. Designed for countertop placement, it measures 58 inches wide by 353⁄4 inches deep by 22 inches high.
