Reducing the amount of user maintenance required, the Scotsman MC2648SR-3 Prodigy ELITE half-cube ice machine head has a one-touch cleaning feature. Making sure users are always in the know, AutoAlert lights on the front panel indicate the current settings, and the ICELINK app provides real-time diagnostics, access to settings, and cleaning and maintenance guidance. Adjustable WaterSense purge controls help provide fresh ice, and AgION antimicrobial inhibits the growth of bacteria.

The Scotsman MC2648SR-3 ice machine head doesn’t come with a dispenser or a bin. When one is installed, it uses harvest assist to guide ice into the bin so it’s ready as soon as it’s needed. This unit makes small cubes of ice, and it can produce a maximum of 2,630 pounds, depending on environmental conditions. It has a stainless steel finish to provide resilience.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
