I find this griddle cooking almost anything amazingly. Any food I cook on it like grilled paninis, salads, succotash, and more are cooked swiftly and in large batches making service quicker for our team. The heat is pretty even especially when all burners are on. A lot of options are available and I have looked and compared tons of brands and models. Thankfully, the email service from Plant Based Pros have quick response to my questions and they gave me the best options I can have for what I need a griddle for. This is really great for any kitchen as it is not as large and can fit any countertop surface.
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you'll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
