Though this unit is mobile, its 5-inch swivel casters are recessed for a streamlined look that doesn’t disrupt dining areas. One of its three compartments is enclosed, concealing the sealed liquid waste receptacle and solid waste bin. A 6-inch backsplash is integrated on three sides of the stainless steel top, protecting adjacent areas from messes as drinks are poured into the top’s drainage sink. Overall, this station is 69³/₄ inches wide by 28 inches deep by 46¹/₄ inches high.

The Lakeside 4615 mobile bussing station includes two open compartments-one on each side of the enclosed compartment. Both sections include three sets of universal ledges that can be adjusted to accommodate variously sized bus tubs and trays. Altogether, both sections can support eight bus tubs, preventing employees from having to return the tubs to the dishroom immediately. To prevent tampering and ensure guests don’t have a view of the waste bin, a hinged door encases the enclosed compartment. Operators can open the door with one hand via the door’s recessed paddle latch.
