The Imperial Range IR-G36 Pro Series natural gas 36″ griddle range with standard oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! Eliminate wasted space in your kitchen with the ability to cook or simmer on top while baking or warming on the bottom, since this versatile unit features a griddle top with a standard oven base. The large 36″ griddle top is designed with a highly-polished, 3/4″ thick steel plate surface, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods; from pancakes and eggs, to grilled cheese, and even burgers! The griddle burners have an output of 20,000 BTU and heat deflectors are positioned across the griddle section, keeping the temperature even and consistent. The steel construction also provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Plus, this unit features a 3″ wide grease trough, large removable grease can, and full-width drip tray for easy cleaning.

With a standard, 26 1/2″ oven, this unit can accommodate your low volume baking and warming needs. This oven has a 35,000 BTU output and features cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout the oven, while exclusive heat deflectors direct the heat toward your products. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. A standard 18″ x 26″ sheet pan will fit in this ovens in a left-to-right and front-to-back position. This oven features one chrome oven rack and is equipped with a safety pilot. This unit requires a natural gas connection.
