Description
The Imperial Range IR-8 Pro Series 48″ space saver 8 burner natural gas range with two 20″ ovens is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! The unit’s compact 48″ width helps to save space in busy kitchens and makes it a perfect fit for cooking areas of various sizes. With (8) cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook eight stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition and a 100% safety light for peace of mind.
This unit also features two 20″ oven bases with two chrome oven racks for all of your baking and warming needs. Each oven has a 27,000 BTU output with an adjustable temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout the oven, while an exclusive heat deflector directs the heat toward your products. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18″ x 26″ sheet pans will fit in each oven in a left-to-right or front-to-back position.
