Compatible with various food holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-54-I warming shelf’s temperature can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat. To distribute heat evenly, it’s designed with a blanket-type element, while its fiberglass insulation preserves generated heat. This unit accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans.
