Its pan slides can be removed for cleaning and adjusted in 1.5-inch or 3-inch increments. To suit a variety of applications, they can accommodate six 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or six ²/₁ Gastronorm food pans. This pass-thru unit has two glass doors that provide a clear view inside the cabinet and convenient access to the interior from either side.

The Hatco FSHC-6W2 mobile heated cabinet is insulated to preserve energy and food temperatures, and it includes a water reservoir that provides humidity to evenly transfer heat and keep food moist.
