The Hatco FR2-6 food rethermalizer heater can be installed underneath a bain marie or food rethermalizer to provide temperature-controlled water for heating or holding precooked foods. With free-flow technology, it guides water to and from the holding vessel, and its electronic controls can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is provided on a digital display for continuous monitoring, and to protect the heating elements, a spiral heating element is wrapped outside the flow tube so it doesn’t contact water directly.

A drain outlet on the Hatco FR2-6 bain marie heater facilitates water removal to simplify cleaning, and it’s designed to shut off when the water levels get low for safe operation. Made of stainless steel, the front is durable for daily use, and the body is powder coated to resist peeling and chipping. It measures 7.75 inches wide by 17.06 inches deep by 12.36 inches high overall.
