To facilitate cleaning, it features an enameled steel griddle plate, and it’s protected with back and side splashes to keep splatter off surrounding equipment and walls. At the end of the day, users can remove, empty, and replace the grease drawer. The unit can be quickly powered down when not in use with its on/off switch.
