The Doyon DSA330 divider has an on/off switch to start the motor manually. Its built-in thermal overload protection stops the motor from overheating and mounted wheels enable unit mobility. Maintenance needs are lessened because the rounding mechanism is in a grease bath, reducing noise production. Oil is not used in the product zone and the tilting head and head cover expedite cleaning. The unit includes three sanitary plates and an interchangeable dough head, additional heads being sold separately. This rounder cuts dough into 30 portions ranging in weight from 1 to 3.5 ounces.
