The Doyon DSA315 dough divider splits dough into individual pieces using an interchangeable dough head and three rounding plates, and its stainless steel cutting knives are sanitary and rust resistant. Dough can weigh between 2.1 and 7 ounces; as many as 3,500 pieces of dough can be cut per hour depending on the application and workflow. The head cover snaps on or off and tilts for cleaning, and its rounding mechanism is in a grease bath to reduce the need for maintenance and ensure quiet operation. This dough rounder has a manual motor with an on/off switch to operate; a thermal overload protection feature is built in to prevent the motor from overheating.
