Doyon 2T-4 Description
Equipped with four compartments, the Doyon 2T-4 deck oven can accommodate various products in its 8-inch openings. Each cavity holds two pans and has a 1-inch-thick stone deck that crisps products. An electronic control board for each deck enables operators to control temperature, time, and where heat is centralized. To minimize heat transfer, thermal insulation is between each of the decks and all have independent steam injection systems that are manually controlled. Because the Doyon 2T-4 four deck oven comes on casters, it can be moved around for cleaning.
