The unit heats with a single element and one operating zone; when the unit is turned on, a light shines to reduce accidental burns.

To capture food particles and debris, the Cecilware Pro EL1624 commercial griddle has a grease drawer, which is removable for emptying and cleaning. Splash guards on the sides and the back ensure grease doesn’t splatter up and land on walls or surrounding equipment.
