The Carter-Hoffmann O8611 sheet pan rack is made of extruded aluminum for durability and strength. To prevent buckling, the rack is built with horizontal stabilizing bars, and it can be moved on its four 5-inch swivel casters. To keep trays from sliding off, the pan slides are ribbed and accept (11) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans.
