The Bakers Pride XX-10 countertop radiant charbroiler features an exceptionally low profile design that sits just 13 1/4″ to the broiling surface. It uses ten 24″ deep, 18,000 BTU clog-proof and high efficiency burners to effortlessly create sizzling steaks, juicy hamburgers, mouth-watering ribs, and smoky shish kabobs.
With is all stainless steel exterior, this radiant charbroiler offers superior ventilation and cooler outer temperatures, perfect for use on top of refrigerated chef bases. Its ten cast iron top grates feature channels to direct grease into the front trough for easy cleanup. This Bakers Pride radiant charbroiler also includes a slide out stainless steel water pan and grease drawer, flame guards, and 4″ chrome plated adjustable legs.

Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you'll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
