The Advance Tabco TSS-2 breath guard serving shelf has an acrylic shield that protects food in a bar from contamination. It’s designed to be placed in front of a hot or cold food bar with two wells and it has a single-sided construction. A removable, stainless steel shelf is included on top, so operators can keep flatware and napkins for customers in an accessible location.
