Operators can alter temperatures with the attached electronic temperature control box, and for quick adjustments, this unit can transition between cold and hot modes within 30 minutes. Both the condensing unit and control box can be mounted 4 feet from the shelf’s center.

This Hatco HCSBF-48-I hot and cold shelf measures 49.5 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 10.1 inches high overall and provides a 48-inch-wide by 19.5-inch-deep heating and cooling surface. For a cohesive presentation, it can be installed in a 49-inch-wide by 20.5-inch-deep countertop cutout. Its corrosion-resistant hard-coat aluminum surface matches Hatco’s GRSBF heated built-in shelves for an integrated appearance, and it includes a thermal break that protects nearby areas from temperature transfer and condensation.
