Winco SCD-5 Description
Ideal for cafes and coffee houses, the Winco SCD-5 coffee knock box is used to catch and store spent espresso grounds after a shot of espresso has been pulled. Made of corrosion-resistant 23-gauge stainless steel, it can withstand repeated exposure to high temperatures and can be quickly cleaned. Measuring 7 inches long by 5 inches wide by 61/2 inches high, it's compatible with sixth-size pan openings.
