Description
The Winholt NHPL-1834-KD-E heater / proofer cabinet delivers excellent performance and versatility while offering cheap shipping. To reduce freight costs, the cabinet comes knocked-down and is easy to assemble in just 30 minutes. Once it’s assembled, it provides both heating and proofing functions, heating up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and proofing at 95% RH and 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made of heavy-duty aluminum, the cabinet features a clear lexan door with a magnetic gasket. Because it’s clear, the door allows for product visibility while the gasket ensures that it seals securely to retain heat. Inside, the cabinet holds up to (34) 18″ x 26″ pans or (70) 14″ x 18″ pans, which can be loaded from the bottom.
To create even heat distribution, the cabinet uses a forced air design with a temperature sensor and circuit breaker. The LED display makes it easy to monitor the cabinet’s performance too, while the analog drawer below the cabinet is easy to remove for service. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

FAQ's
If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a lift gate and must select this option at checkout. Additional fees will apply for lift gate service. A lift gate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the lift gate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.
