These baskets include a handle with ridged grips for secure transport to ensure food doesn’t drop and spill. To clean the unit, the wells and power heads are removable, and the stainless steel wells can be wiped clean. When the fryer isn’t active, its wells can be shielded by the included covers to avoid bacteria in the oil.
