The Vulcan 1GR45A fryer has a 45- to 50-pound tank capacity. Measuring 14 inches by 14 inches, the tank is made of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning. A tank brush, crumb scoop, and clean-out rod are included to further simplify cleaning. In the tank, the V-shaped cold zone is not heated to standard cooking temperatures, allowing sediment to settle without burning. Twin fry baskets have plastic-coated handles that reduce the risk of burns.
