Description

Designed to cook food with steam, the Vollrath 67717 Wear-Ever® double boiler suspends food above boiling water. Its inset is included to hold the food while the pot holds the water. This cooking method eliminates the need for constant stirring when reheating food or preparing delicate dishes. The inset, pot, and cover are made of aluminum for durability. Because the aluminum pot handles are welded to the sides, they don’t have rivets that could trap food for difficult cleaning.
