Description
The Vollrath 3640771 four-well modular drop-in is designed for top-mounted installation and plugs into a 240-volt outlet. Spills and condensation are contained by the full-perimeter drip edge in the stainless steel countertop area. There is a flat work surface around the opening so nothing will snag on a raised edge. The auto-fill feature means you will no longer need to worry about constantly monitoring the wells for water. The entire unit is insulated with fiberglass on the sides, between the wells, and under the element; this insulation allows for zero-clearance installation. Water is required for even heating of the food product when using the Vollrath 3640771 four well modular drop-in. A manifold drain connection offers individual well shutoffs as well as a main manifold shutoff.
