The 5-quart stainless steel bowl stays in place with a bowl clamp, and users operate the machine with a rotary knob on each side of the unit. It smoothly moves with its greased, anti-friction ball bearings, and its planetary head is permanently lubricated for desired results. To support its commercial operation, it uses a 0.4-horsepower motor, which operates quietly. Once the mixer’s head is tilted, the unit automatically turns off.

The Varimixer V5-R planetary mixer is made of a durable aluminum frame, and it’s powder coated in a red finish, providing an accent color to kitchens.
