The Turbo Air TSSC-6 sushi display case comes pre-piped for remote refrigeration hookup to a separate condensing unit. With this design, the refrigeration system does not take up valuable counter space as it would with a self-contained system. The interior provides ample room for storing and displaying a variety of sushi, while two sliding doors on the rear are removable for interior access. A water drain hole is integrated into the unit to facilitate cleaning. The display case is made of durable 304 stainless steel and has a mirror finish that enhances food presentation.
