Cartons in the cooler can be accessed through the stainless steel doors, with one that flips up on the top and one that drops down on the side.

With forced-air refrigeration, fans in the True TMC-49-SS-HC milk cooler evenly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet, and because the fans have efficient motors, they save energy and lower heat production. Temperature in this unit can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by the operator.
