It features a stainless steel front and a clear-coated interior to ensure strength and corrosion resistance in high-volume operations. Being a two-section unit, its interior can be accessed through two self-closing, double-paned, thermal glass doors. To facilitate product organization, the interior of the True T-35G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator is fitted with six adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves and LED lighting. It’s insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to preserve chill, and its one-piece, magnetic door gasket streamlines cleaning.
