The Sierra Range SRS-24 model is a 24″ wide infrared salamander broiler with 4 adjustable positions, a drip pan, and a gas pressure regulator. This commercial restaurant salamander is equipped with 1 burner and delivers 20,000 BTU of total heating power. A standing pilot ensures instant ignition. The fully stainless steel exterior is not only easy to clean but also protects the unit from rust, corrosion, and tarnishing.
This unit has heavy-duty springs to counterbalance the assembly, with a rack carriage assembly that rolls out for ease of loading and unloading.
