Its front panel, crumb tray, and bottom and top airflow distribution panels can be removed for thorough cleaning. To minimize heat loss and improve efficiency, this unit is thermally insulated. Overall, it measures 963⁄8 inches wide by 53 inches deep by 49 inches high.

The Sierra Range C3260G conveyor oven features front-mounted electronic controls with which users can adjust the temperature to meet various cooking requirements. The belt speed can also be adjusted and the cook time is modifiable between 1 and 20 minutes. Powered by natural gas, this unit outputs a total of 160,000 BTUs. Because it’s equipped with casters, operators can transport it for cleaning or servicing when needed.
