Flake ice is ideal for stocking chilled buffets, grocery store seafood displays, or blending into smoothies and frozen cocktails. To withstand heavy use, the ice machine head has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and stainless steel evaporator and auger. It has a front-breathing design and front-accessible air filter, enabling this ice machine to be installed without side clearance.
